The commission

Every garment is made to your measure and to the specifications agreed at the time of order — cloth, cut, and detail. An order is confirmed once specifications are agreed and payment (or the agreed advance) is received. Please review all customisation details carefully before confirming; a bespoke garment cannot be resold.

Measurements & fittings

Measurements are taken by the house at the atelier, or agreed with you where that is not possible. Where a client provides their own measurements, responsibility for their accuracy rests with the client. Fittings, where required, will be scheduled with you; the timeline for completion runs from the final fitting.

Prices & payment

Prices are quoted at the time of order and include the cloth and making as specified. Production begins on receipt of payment as agreed. All prices are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.

Timelines

Production time is quoted with each order and depends on the design and the cloth. Delivery timelines are described in our Shipping Policy. The house works to its word, but hand-work resists the clock; where a delay arises we will tell you promptly.

Care of the garment

Care instructions accompany each piece. Damage arising from cleaning or care contrary to those instructions is not a manufacturing defect.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, imagery, and the RAJASAB name and mark — belongs to the house and may not be reproduced without written consent.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
