The house

RAJASAB is the trade name of VIJAYKUMAR KRIPALDAS ASSUDANI, a sole proprietorship registered in Maharashtra, India (GSTIN 27AIOPA9210G1ZE), operating from Shop 47B, Atria Mall, Dr. Annie Besant Road, Worli, Mumbai 400018. These terms govern the use of www.rajasab.com and every commission accepted by the house.

Commissions and quotations

Every garment is bespoke — made to order against your measure. The price is quoted before anything is cut, based on the cloth and construction agreed, and confirmed with you at the atelier. Quotations hold for 30 days. Prices include GST at the prevailing rate unless stated otherwise.

Payment

A commission is confirmed on payment of the advance agreed at the consultation; the balance falls due on delivery. The garment remains the property of the house until paid for in full.

Fittings and timelines

Dates given at the consultation are honest estimates and the house keeps them, but cloth transit and workshop schedules can move them; you will be told promptly if they do. Fittings are part of the making — a commission cannot be finished without them, and delays in attending fittings extend the delivery date accordingly.

Your obligations

Information you give us — measurements taken elsewhere, cloth you supply, dates that matter — must be accurate. Cloth supplied by you is cut at your risk as to its quality and quantity.

Care and complaints

Aftercare is part of the commission — pressing, adjustment and repair as described on the site. If something is not right, bring it back; the house fits until it is right. Complaints are handled at the atelier or via write to info@rajasab.com or WhatsApp +91 93728 69011.

Website

Site content — text, images, the RAJASAB name and marks — belongs to the house and may not be reproduced without consent. The site is provided as-is; the house is not liable for interruptions to its availability.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; the courts of Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
