What we collect

When you engage the house we may collect: your name and contact details (phone, WhatsApp, email, delivery address); your body measurements and fit preferences; your order history and garment details; payment confirmations (we do not store card numbers); and correspondence with us on WhatsApp, email or phone.

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to serve you as a client of the house: to cut garments to your measure, to keep your wardrobe record so every future piece fits without a second sitting, to communicate about your orders and fittings, to arrange delivery, and — only if you choose — to write to you about the house's work.

The wardrobe record

Clients of the house hold a private wardrobe record, accessible through a personal link sent by us on WhatsApp. It is yours alone: it is not shared, sold, or used for any purpose other than your tailoring. You may ask us to correct or delete your record at any time.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the minimum required to serve you — for example, a courier needs your delivery address — and those parties may not use it for anything else.

Cookies & analytics

Our website uses only what is necessary for it to function and for us to understand, in aggregate, how it is used. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Security & retention

Your information is stored on secured systems with access limited to the house's staff who need it to serve you. We retain your measurements and order history for as long as you remain a client — that continuity is the point of bespoke — and will delete them on your request.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@rajasab.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
