Who we are
RAJASAB is the trade name of VIJAYKUMAR KRIPALDAS ASSUDANI, a sole proprietorship registered in Maharashtra, India (GSTIN 27AIOPA9210G1ZE), operating from Shop 47B, Atria Mall, Dr. Annie Besant Road, Worli, Mumbai 400018. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through www.rajasab.com, our booking desk, WhatsApp, Instagram, telephone and at the atelier.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us — name, phone number, email address.
- Commission details — your measurements, fittings, garment preferences, order and payment history. Your measure is the heart of our service and is kept by us for the life of the client relationship.
- Messages you send us on WhatsApp, Instagram or through the site's booking and chat tools.
- Your mobile number, to send you a sign-in code on WhatsApp for Your wardrobe.
- Site analytics. We use Google Analytics, with cookies, to see how the site is found and used. We see these figures in total, not by person.
- Advertising measurement. The Meta Pixel runs on every page, with cookies, so that we can measure visits that come from our Instagram and Facebook posts. Meta may link this to a Meta account you are signed in to.
How we use it
To take and manage bookings, cut and care for your garments, respond to enquiries, meet legal and tax obligations, and — only where you have consented — send occasional news from RAJASAB. Marketing consent can be withdrawn at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal information. The service providers who run our systems process it for us:
- Meta Platforms: the Meta Pixel, to measure visits from our Instagram and Facebook posts; WhatsApp and Instagram messages; the sign-in code for Your wardrobe, sent on WhatsApp.
- Google: Google Analytics, to see how the site is used.
- Anthropic and Google: to draft replies to messages you send us on the website chat and on WhatsApp. A person at RAJASAB reviews any conversation that needs one.
- Razorpay: payments.
- Amazon Web Services: hosting, in the Asia Pacific region, and email sent through Amazon SES.
Each processes data under its own safeguards. We disclose information where the law requires it.
Retention and security
Client records and measures are retained while the relationship stands; booking enquiries that do not become commissions are cleared periodically. Records required for tax are kept as Indian law requires. Access to client records is limited to the staff who need them.
Your rights
