The nature of bespoke
Every RAJASAB garment is cut for one client against one measure. It cannot be resold, and so it cannot be returned the way ready-made clothing can. This policy is the fair version of that fact.
Cancelling a commission
- Before cloth is ordered or cut — the commission may be cancelled and the advance is refunded in full.
- After cloth is ordered but before cutting — the advance is refunded less the cost of cloth already committed on your behalf.
- After cutting has begun — the commission cannot be cancelled and amounts paid are not refundable. We will still finish the garment and fit it until it is right.
Appointments
Fittings and consultations may be moved or cancelled without charge, through the link in your confirmation or with a message on WhatsApp. Repeated missed fittings extend the delivery date.
If something is wrong
A fault in making is ours to put right, at no cost — alteration first, remake where alteration cannot cure it. We press, adjust and repair the garments we make. When we take your measure, a piece that does not fit as agreed is altered or remade at our cost within thirty days of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights under Indian consumer law.
How refunds are made
