At RAJASAB, each garment is crafted exclusively for you—cut, stitched, and finished to your specifications. Our shipping process is designed to reflect the same care and precision that goes into our tailoring.

Shipping Overview

Once your custom design is confirmed and full payment is received, production begins. Shipping is initiated only after your garment has passed our internal quality and fit checks.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping

Complimentary shipping is provided on all domestic orders above ₹25,000. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee will apply.

Express Shipping

Available upon request for urgent orders. Charges will vary based on delivery timelines and location.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide to select countries. International delivery is chargeable and will be quoted at the time of order confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

Domestic (India): 1–10 business days post-production

International: 15–20 business days post-production

Please note: These timelines exclude garment production time, which will be specified at the time of order based on design complexity and fabric availability.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp once your order has been shipped. You can use this to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

Any duties, VAT, or local taxes incurred at the destination are the responsibility of the buyer. RAJASAB does not cover these charges.

Delivery Assurance

All parcels are packed securely. In the rare event that a shipment is lost or undelivered, RAJASAB will arrange for a one-time redelivery at no additional cost.
